Continuing on our Moroccan cuisine carpet ride, it’s time for some Mint Tea! 😉 I couldn’t believe the Moroccan people were drinking and serving mint tea in the dead of Summer, but I understood as soon as I tasted it. I’m generally not a big tea drinker given my coffee obsession, but I absolutely love the contrast of the cooling mint in this hot beverage.
