I absolutely LOVE
chicken tortilla soup..but that is obviously not in the Paleo or Primal vocabulary so I was thrilled when I found this grain-free Avocado Chicken Soup that has all the delicious flavors of tortilla soup without the corn and flour! It reminds me of a Latin flavored Pho with the hearty flavorful broth and fresh kick from the scallions and cilantro.
